Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Average delivery times are as follows:
United States: 7 to 15 business days
Canada: 7 to 15 business days
Europe: 7 to 20 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days
Shipping is always free on all orders.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Equilia Active Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as delivered in the tracking system. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide for free. Customs fees or import taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
