Refund Policy – Equilia Active Wear

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, Wrong or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to ask.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
